Used to detach the relationship with the host wall or smart line for profiles placed using path elements. The tool also separates the selected profile from the others in the group where a profile was formed with multiple profile paths sharing the same start/end points.

• Ribbon: Building Design > Modify > Modify > Break split button > Detach Profile
• Ribbon: Modeling > Forms > Modify Forms > Break split button > Detach Profile

Profiles placed by path along wall or smartline host inherit the characteristics of that of host when manipulated. The ungroup profile tool detaches their relationship from the host, thereby the manipulations made on profile are independent of the host.

Profile placed by path is grouped; 1. will rotate together with host Wall, 2. when ungrouped, will rotate individually
